Michael has pulled me through another difficult time. I keep coming back to this video whenever I stray out of proper alignment. WOW this was really quite amazing. I love that the poses are so slow and draawwwwn out, and that stretched one at the beginning in childs pose was fantastic.
i think this really worked for my neck and shoulders, during relaxation i usually feel a lot of tension there and it was gone! we’ll see how i feel tmrw…
just one question, is there a reason we INHALE as we go into down dog? all my other practices have said to exhale so i was wondering…
