Can yoga be done the same day as a work out?
I am planning on shaping my body. I am already in very good shape and just need to tone up. I figure I can do my daily workout plan which has worked in the past with some possible light yoga to increase flexibility. If this can be done, should I do the workout than yoga or vice versa. Any tips, help would be appreciated since I plan on carrying this out and am very serious. Thanks.

Yes, it's actually recommended. Yoga will help the body get rid of the lactic acid in the muscles and help you stretch to make sure you don't cramp up.

Yoga can be definitely done on the same day as your work out but please see that you do not
get tired out. This is usually the case with many people, meantime yoga should be done first
followed by your workout which is the cardinal rule and you should follow it explicitly.
Good luck and God bless. Cheers! :o)
